In this fourteen-week seminar, you will gain access to your quiet, introspective self as you connect with the vibrant energy of the spring season. Through these gentle, powerful exercises, you will reduce stress, improve health, vitality and flexibility, as well as calm and balance your emotions. This class is for students of all experience levels looking to deepen their understanding of Qigong (energy work), Tai Chi and meditation.

Topics Covered in the Class

Return To Spring Qigong
This Fourteen-step form was inspired by Lao Tzu, the legendary author of the Tao Te Ching. The gentle movements will help you return to a more natural state – relaxed, open and full of energy.

Ye Su Zuo Qigong
This straightforward, four-step exercise will open your heart and help you experience deeper states of unconditional love.

Basic Korean Tai Chi Exercises
•Tea Cup Stretch
Spring is the time for stretching as we wake up from winter’s slumber. This simple but elegant exercise will strengthen and improve the flexibility of your trunk, hips and knees.

•11-Step Breathing
As you feel more energized, it is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of modern life. This gentle, meditative form will connect your breath and movement, helping you slow and calm when you need it.

Qi Gathering Meditation
This silent meditation will help you energize while cultivating stillness. It is a simple, yet powerful practice that can be done at any time during your day to help you feel more at peace, while filling you with life and vigor.
